When does FRITZ HOTEL CONSULTING provide interim management?
Interim management is a temporary leadership assignment, for example during an opening, operator change, business transition or management vacancy. Johannes Fritz Groebler accepts selected mandates or supports the existing management team with implementation. Objectives, responsibilities, authority, on-site presence and duration are agreed before the assignment begins; it is not an open-ended management contract.
A vacant leadership position, a change of operator or an operational change calls for quick orientation. At the same time guests must be looked after, teams led and economic decisions made.
For selected mandates I personally take on leadership responsibility for a limited period. As Interim General Manager or in an agreed management function, I stabilise structures and accompany your hotel through the transition phase.

I take on the agreed responsibility in day-to-day business, establish clear accountabilities and ensure reliable coordination between departments.

In new openings, changes of operator or organisational adjustments, I support implementation. In doing so I combine the client's requirements with the practical possibilities of the operation.

I document key decisions, open tasks and established structures. An orderly handover supports the permanent leadership that follows.
